Just ordered food for my family about 30 minutes ago...food arrived 15 later...it was very fresh and hot. We tried the papadias...they are very delicious and filling. Awesome service!!!! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Papa John's Pizza:
decided to try the Papadias Double Cheeseburger yesterday. I'm curious where the double should be in a double cheeseburger. I see a few crumbs of ground beef, a little shredded cheese, NO cheese sauce as advertised on TV. It had a ton of pickles I don't like and take off. So, final review, this should be a $1 menu item, no way that someone would knowingly pay for it anymore!!! View all feedback.

I love p john, I had the stuff crush pizza, loved it.
Pizza was good but all the toppings and cheese kept sliding off, cheese bread was good, but the pasta was 0/10 no noodles, 4 pieces of chicken (still pink and slimy. Called to get a refund on the pasta cause we did not eat it and got attitude and tothe extent instead of a apology and a proper refund for just the pasta. (I Understand the description said nothing about noodlesbut it should be expected if it?s Litteraly called ?chicken alfredo ? Shouldn?t of tipped people who can?t even have respectfor others who Litteraly spend their money on food to eat. Don?t waste your money on it.
I don 't usually write reviews but my frustrations are over the limit with this particular location. I really enjoy Papa John 's pizza, it 's total my family 's favorite. BUT, 9 times out of 10 they are ALWAYS forgetting something on my order like sides,sauces, dips etc...it can be so frustrating when you want or crave something you paid for and when you get it, it 's not allthere...I should not have to place an order online and then call the store and tell them Plz don 't forget the... thatdefeats the purpose of ordering online, when I still have to call the store ????????. Yes I can order from another location butwhat 's the chances that they will forget too..and besides, I really like this location because its very convenient and close tomy home. I have called and spoke with different managers (which they are very kind and understanding) about this issue, but whymust this continue happening? I don 't want a discount or a free item my next visit, what I want is my correct order NOW !!!!Like come on Papa John 's get it all the way together before you loose a valuable customer, which I 'm sure you will not miss!!But I 'm sure someone else would appreciate my loyalness as a customer.
So I ordered a delivery that I did not get a confirmation of. When I called I asked about my order and the guy I spoke with had no idea about my order. When I gave home my address he said that was not in their delivery rage then when he pulled up my phone number he said we have delivered to you before and told me my address. After being very clear they do not order to that address. Then then I told him it has already been taken off my card for $28.82 and that I would like a refund. He told me since there was no confirmation that I ordered it he couldn?t do that. Then he processed to tell me that I should of already had refund if I ordered it 3 days ago I continuously had to tell him I ordered it an hour ago. Then he randomly put me on hold which he did not ask to do. When he answered again he had an attitude and sounded angry he gave me another number and hung up. I will never order from there again and I am out almost $30 with no pizza.
