I got a delivery order, it was pretty late and we were hungry. I literally got none of the sauces when I paid for 4 and the wings were supposed to come with one. None of the veggie sticks I ordered. No wedges I paid for. I waited over half an hour to get half my order. View all feedback.
Great place to go for late night drinks and grub. They have great wings but the after 9pm specials were great.
Usually we go in to eat and everything is fine today however Sat April 13th We decided to get food to go. Burger looks great as usual but the fries.. The fries were so little that you could literally see the box underneath.I counted the french fries and I had thirty two semi pieces of french fries The fries were so little that you could literally see the box underneath. I counted the French fries and I had 32 semi pieces of French fries. Buffalo Wild Wings count your days LO. L. I honestly thought this was a joke at first. Then I convinced myself. Maybe a person preparing to food was hungry and decided to eat some fries and maybe lost count. But this was just not a good experience foname. I recommend you look at all your food or just eat in. There seems to be a pattern with together. Orders... I'm not sure if the person maybe has baby hands but this is ridiculous. Did not feel like driving all the way back up there and looked at as a Karen LO.L... But this will be my last time. I'm not sure how to put pictures on here but I took enough.

Stopped on my way home from work and ordered 20 wings, a kids meal, wedges, and a drink. Waited for my order in the restaurant. Drive home and am literally missing 5 wings. Although the to go person Dani who checked the order literally put a check mark beside every single thing on the receipt. Mind you there was at least 4 people in the to go area along with the manager. I called and spoke with the manager and the only solution was for us to come back for the order of wings and a free dessert. Stated I would come back for the wings, in rush hour traffic. The manager offered 10 free wings and a discount in our check. My husband drove back and when he gets home the wings are bone in. So we called again and the manager took full responsibility and refunded our entire meal. Which we are thankful for. However, there needs to be some serious training conducted. As someone who has worked in the service industry I understand mistakes happen, but the restaurant wasn’t even busy. Staff needs to focus less on socializing with one another and more on the paying customers.
