Buffalo Wild Wings - Orange Park

This was probably one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. First of all, when we walked in it was freezing. It's already cold outside but when we went in they actually had the air set on like 60 degrees. The waitress said no matter what temperature it is outside it's always that cold. People were literally shivering and shaking and no one turned it up. Then all our orders either came out wrong or cold. It also took forever just to come out. We never got refills and we had to ask for the manager 3 times and he never came over. He wasn't even busy. He was just standing around. We saw the waitress tell him we wanted to talk to him. I think that's what made us the most mad. We will never go back. It was insane.
