Good part for the price. Bread and meat could be better, but it was still good. My favorite part is the small plate they have available for sauces. No other Pho places do that so that I always use a spoon on the side as a plate and that is a little uncomfortable. Service was nice. View all feedback.

I recently visited this restaurant for lunch. I am a fan of Pho, however, I cannot eat noodles. I requested an order with only brisket and beef tendon, but unfortunately, it only came with four small pieces of tendon brisket. This is very special restaurant with a beautiful family team running it. The dishes are always pretty and delicious. All small restaurants should be like this. The vermicelli and fish sauce dishes are my favorite!
I eat at Pho Gia Long about every Thursday when they open and it never disappoints! Super consistent with flavors, color, and freshness. 10/10 recommend.
The pho here is amazing. Broth, quality of meat, noodles all taste really good. I always dine in and my soup is steaming hot. The family that owns this place is chill. They get it done.
I loved my experience at Pho Gia Long. I thought the food was great, and the prices were very reasonable. The servers were so kind and I really appreciated their attentiveness and quick service! I also liked the vibe of the place. It is quiet and quaint. Reminded me a bit of a log cabin, and it felt like a respite even though it has a great location right on Katella. I would recommend! :
First time there and we'll go back for sure. The pho broth was delicious! My husband and I kept commenting on how much we enjoyed the pho. We also split a pork banh mi. The bread was perfect and the taste on the pork was amazing. Besides the food being great, the restaurant was so clean and well kept. So glad we tried it!
