To make things worse,... read more I placed an online order for four foot-long sandwiches scheduled for pickup at 4:30 PM. When I arrived, my order hadn’t even been started. To make things worse, they served three walk-in customers ahead of me. This treatment is unacceptable, especially for a first responder in uniform. My order was delayed by 30 minutes and wasn’t ready until 5 PM. Imagine the consequences if first responders faced such delays when lives are on the line. Dining and fast food in Orange have become disappointing, with employees who either can’t or won’t do their jobs, impacting those genuinely trying to do the right thing. Don’t bother calling—no one answers, and corporate doesn’t have a way to handle complaints.
