I'm so appreciative of my experience at this restaurant. The customer service was amazing! I had a bowl with soyrizo and avocado. The textures were perfect. The bell pepper was perfectly seared and crunchy not overcooked. The flavors were rich and bold and the portions were incredibly large. I wish this was a chain. More people in the world would be vegan. Thank you to Manny his family and the staff.
Visiting family and decided to give Veganixima a try. Food was awesome as was the service! We all, 3 of us, had something different and tried the nachos too. The food was very flavorful and plenty of it. Look forward to returning and trying something else.
