It’s always a bad time at almost any Taco Bell you go to. The employees have deplorable customer service. They aren’t any kind of welcoming or helpful. The culture the vast majority of their employees are from, they have no comprehension of how friendly customer service works. Ordered ahead for pickup. Very kind greeting. Fast service. Accurately made the customized box. The only way they could improve is to make sure they don't put all the sour cream on just one side of tacos and try not to break the taco shells. When it's broken it might as well have been a tostada. Also, put a sticker to keep the box closed for 2 reasons. 1. To ensure the food is not tampered with by delivery drivers. 2. So that the contents don't fall out of the box in transport like it did with me. Luckily each item was individually wrapped, but the Twists were not saved.
They made cut backs on the amount of ingredients in the burritos.
I used my debit card in drive-through and had fraudulent charges and was never given back my card do not trust these employees
The Mexican pizza was sold out which was why I was there.
