Took 20 minutes to bring 2 jr burgers and when I got them they were cold, they also forgot my drink. You can look inside at the whole staff standing around talking making drinks for themselves. View all feedback.
Great food and service just what I imagined the 50's and 60's drive up fast food places to feel like.
Worst customer service I've ever experienced. They mess up your food every time and then argue with you when you want it made correctly even if you have the receipt and food to prove that they were wrong. When you try to get your food made correctly, they take forever. It took 20 minutes to get 2 messed up drinks fixed. Save yourself the trouble and drive across town.
I love to buy a double cheeseburger with mayonnaise and a lot of onions.Parking: There's plenty of parking at Sonic.
Tried this specific location 3-4 times always horrible. The last visit I ordered the new pulled pork BBQ cheeseburger. The burger is basically a #1 minus the veggies add 2 pockles and a teaspoon worth of pulled pork on it! Not worth the upcharge. It came to me in a package that looked like it went through hell, and the sandwich itself was soggy and looked like it spent an hour under a heat lamp and was still cold, despite the fact we were the only ones there. Fries were cold as well. It's like this every time we go there. The other one in town isn't much better either. Might even be worse. STAY AWAY!!
