Ramona Carniceria - Orange

The quality of the meat here was not impressive. I’ve traveled to 47 states and dined at many excellent restaurants, as well as visited various meat markets across the country, including California. Honestly, this place does not come close to being the best meat in California, let alone in Orange County. Many of the positive reviews seem to come from people who aren’t accustomed to quality food. If you’re going to review a restaurant, make sure you have an appreciation for high-quality cuisine, not just taste. I’d give this place a 5 for the friendly staff, but the carne asada only deserves a 7.5.

I'm so thrilled I discovered this restaurant! I've been searching for a fantastic spot to get Carne Asada and Pollo Asado in the neighborhood since I moved here a few months ago. Without a doubt, it's the best meat I've had in town! The service is excellent! I've had the pleasure of being assisted by the owner and his son, both of whom are passionate about their product and treat every customer with great care. I highly recommend this place!!

I purchased some carne asada and chicken for a party, and it was fantastic! The meat was incredibly delicious—definitely the best asada I've ever tasted. Ramona Carnicería is the spot. I got the marinated carne asada and chicken for a bbq and it was a hit. Everyone raved about how good the meat and flavor was. I can't wait to try the other cuts of meat they carry. This place is a definite go to spot. Service was also excellent. Order ahead on holiday weekends.
