And they gave me a buzzer so they can alert me for when my order is ready but never buzzed and I was standing right in front of the pick up area, they looked at me motioningfor why I was standing there(15minutes at least) I told them I had only ordered a coffee and then theyotioned to a cup that wasnot visible to me and said here it is. I was on my break, needless to say I am not happy with the service here. They are alwaysthis slow. And the coffee tasted awful.

If you use the kiosk, basically do someone else's job for free, you are still REQUIRED to leave a tip. There is no option to notleave a tip. My food was TO-GO! No one took my order, no one served me. Someone got paid to take 2 minutes to make a sandwich.As a tip was required, I left 1¢. You already charged $13 for a sandwich. Pay your employees more and stop requiring tips. Tipsare optional.

But they also have some kind of attitude issue. It?s very unfortunate because I actually enjoy the food they serve. So 2 stars for thefood and 0 stars for the bad experience!
