I always order an iced chai latte because I medically cannot have coffee. I normally go before work because it’s the closest Dunkin. Multiple times they made my drink with chocolate syrup and caffeine, and I had to go back on my break because I wait for 20+ minutes (for a chai latte and avocado toast) when I ordered, and ended up being late to work which is right next
