All because she messed up a job and we asked her to fix it. We were really surprised and let the heads shake and said we weren't back. I've been here a long time. The experience today really upset us.

However, I was quite surprised when I went to pick them up—much to my disappointment, the actual prices were higher than I expected. The small cake was priced at $16.99, and the medium cake was still $18.99. I understand that prices have increased everywhere, but I wish the website had been updated accordingly. I had no choice but to buy the small cake for my grandson's birthday, as I wasn't prepared for the price hike. Sincerely, a disappointed grandmother, Phyllis.
