Burger King - Orange

This restaurant is poorly managed, with staff lacking designated roles and not fully understanding their jobs. The front of the house was a complete mess. I ordered two of the same meal without pickles, onions, or mustard, but after nearly an hour, my order arrived incorrect, with all the unwanted toppings included. While I was waiting, 3 out of 5 orders were messed up. The drive-thru was in just as much disarray. Burger King really needs to prioritize comprehensive training for their staff at all levels.

I ordered the royal chicken sandwich, but the woman handling my order got it completely wrong. She used Chicken Jr. buns for the sandwich, which is not how it's supposed to be. I was charged $15 for a royal chicken sandwich that wasn't made right at all. I asked for the lettuce and tomato to be removed, and while she took them off, I was still charged the same price as if I had kept them. Additionally, I was also charged for bacon and cheese, which I requested, so I understand that part. However, it seems like I was overcharged, especially since I recently got the same sandwich in Vinton for only $11.38, and it was much larger—not made with Chicken Jr. patties.

The drive-thru experience was pretty quick, my order was accurate, and the food was delicious. The only issue I encountered was that they forgot my drink since we placed two separate orders. However, when I walked in with my receipt, they resolved the issue without any hassle and quickly handed me a cup so I could fill it myself. This worked out nicely because I could customize the amount of ice I wanted. This was my first visit, but I’ll definitely come back the next time I’m in the area. The Texas Whopper is fantastic if you enjoy jalapeños, and the Coca-Cola I had was refreshingly tasty. I visited on Wednesday, August 30th, 2022, around 5 PM.

Drive through is ridiculous. I?ve been here twice this week and it takes for ever to even place your order. I drove off without ordering after sitting 5 minutes. Nobody even Acknowledged I was there. 5 ppl drove away 3 before me and one as I was typingthis review in the parking lot. The two ppl that were at the window still sit there without any food. Get it together ppl!

Love my chicken sandwich and chicken fries. Staff has always been courteous and professional.
