I took my five-year-old niece to a restaurant, and when she asked for a drink, I purchased a pulp with my debit card. I also asked for a cup of water for her. However, Maritza, the staff member, refused to give me a lid for the drink and insisted that I had to ask in a specific way for her to give me one.
