I was really looking forward to this lunch. I'm not from the area, and I wanted to treat my cousins who had recently visited us to a delicious meal. To save time, I made an online reservation on the restaurant's website, which was convenient, especially since I had to wait for two of them with their dad while I quickly went to pick up the food. Unfortunately, the experience was far from smooth. I arrived five minutes after the scheduled pick-up time, and here's what happened: I wasn't informed for five minutes that the salad I ordered was unavailable. I ended up leaving 30 minutes later with my order. At no point did they acknowledge the inconvenience of the wait, nor could I get tabbouleh salad because it was Sunday, and they didn't serve salads on Sundays, or so I was told. They had tabbouleh, but it was reserved exclusively for takeout orders. Overall, the food was delicious, but I probably won't be returning anytime soon. I ended up sitting there waiting for my meal while my little ones had to wait to eat.
I had a wonderful dining experience! This was my first time trying the customer service, and I enjoyed everything immensely. I ordered the family **** pack along with Lebanese rice, and it was delicious.

The food here is absolutely amazing! I highly recommend dining at this restaurant. The flavors in the meats are incredible, and they are cooked to perfection every single time! I've eaten here multiple times, and I plan to keep coming back for more. The meats, chicken, wraps, and sides are all perfect and offer great value for the money. Service: Takeout Meal type: Lunch.
