We called back to inform them and they were super nice, a... read more We ordered something to eat, we wanted to pick it up, and when we came home, some things were missing. We called back to inform them and they were super nice, apologise, told us that Julius was super helpful and polite, he said they were bringing the missing items to us, with a taxi and also gave us some extra on the house. Errors can happen, but they treated it super proffesionl. The food was great, the Capucinos are always super delicios. We'll get back from Ristretto.

We called back to inform them and they were super nice, apologized, told us they Julius was super helpful and polite, he said they...will bring the missing items to us, with a taxi and also gave us something extra on the house. Mistakes can happen but they handled it super proffesionl. The food was great, the capucinos are always super delicios. We will defenitly order again from Ristretto.

At the beginning I thought it was a posh, overpriced and overrated location, but that was definitely not the case. We came back next...morning. ;
