Rancho Grande Grill - Feedback

What User doesn't like about Rancho Grande Grill:
I've been working in this area for a few months now, and this is honestly the only non-fast food restaurant in town. The food is quite good, but the service is the worst I have ever experienced. You find yourself having to ask for everything multiple times, and it takes an eternity for them to respond. It seems like there are always a few unhappy customers whenever we visit. overall we had a very nice experience. eating was plentiful and very good. it came hot and fresh. the menu is extensive and the prices are more than fair for the quantity and quality they receive. my only little thing is with the service. the girl that brought our chips and salsa all, but they were on the table stuffed and somewhat veiled as she turned off, what I think was chips and salsa.
