There were six of us and w... read more We were here for ice cream and were served by Ms. Josipa. It is extremely disappointing that Ms. Josipa is so unfriendly and passive. There were six of us and we all ate ice cream. For an hour she never came to us to ask if we needed anything. Eventually we decided to change tables so she noticed we had a need. She then tidied everything up, but still didn't think to ask us what we wanted. We had to call them to order. Her manner is very arrogant, and it is unfortunate that she does not enjoy the workplace, which is clearly noticeable.

Needed to open window to let fresh air in. Doing so let in a lot of road noise. Staff were very efficient and pleasant. Restaurant wait staff were very nice, service was very good and the food was above average. Overall, close to airport and transport was good.

While the room wa... read more We stayed at the Mövenpick for one night before an early morning flight. The positives were the check-in staff that were prompt and courteous. While the room was in good order, it was swelteringly hot and turning the heat off/down made no difference and everyone slept poorly as a result. The shuttle being offered to the airport is a great benefit, but was not safely operated. There were far too many people waiting for the shuttle than can be seated in the van. Our family of four was one of the first to board as we were one of the first to queue. The driver of the shuttle suggested I hold my large six year old on my lap for the drive to make space for others, but I politely declined as this is both unsafe and illegal in Switzerland. Additionally, an adult was allowed to stand in the vehicle, which travels on the motorway at speeds of 120km or n its journey to the airport. Sadly, I cannot recommend a stay at the Mövenpick.
