What Kendra Young doesn't like about Billy & Ray's Boudin:
While the food is good, it sickened me to order and the young lady who's standing at the hot case is tying her head rag. Then she makes and attempt to confirm my order and prepare it. I stopped her and asked to wash her hands. She prolonged and whispered to her coworker. This behavior is what gives people reason to never visit the establishment again. Disgusted!!! Very nice people have all kinds of things I have never seen, and I always go in there and spend over $100, but on the way back to Houston I have to stop and get something from there. Continuing good work
I've eaten a lot of water all my life. Billy's off his hands. The pepper jacket and crust balls are ineffectively good.
Always stop when you get through. Pick up orders for family from the state. Most requested Louisiana products from family and friends.
I wish they were in Houston TX. Enjoy real bounty and cracks.
Other than the challenging location (being hard to find), this place has some pretty good boudin. I always get their boudin balls, which are very tasty. However, the crust is too thick and takes away from flavor in my opinion.
