Used to love Chipotle but I can't remember the last time I had a good experience here. Food is never cooked well. It is always understaffed (you can only order online some nights). It's basically just taco bell now.
Here's the thing. The food is better than the other restaurants in this tier, and the music they play is cooler as well. But the customer service is just as mediocre as McDonald's. It takes so long to get your order if it's in the evening that you ought to have other things occupying you, because it's gonna be an hour. Better off not ordering. If the quality of the staff were as good as the food, I would actually order from them.
