Used to love Chipotle but I can't remember the last time I had a good experience here. Food is never cooked well. It is always understaffed (you can only order online some nights). It's basically just taco bell now.
Staff were friendly. eating was good, although many options were missing, so the menu options are unreliable. this location is not in full service for walkable customers. they prioritize online orders about people there in person, so they will take a long time in the line even if few people are there, and online orders will take menu items even if they are placed after their arrival. that it was dirty. there were no clean tables, there were müll on the floor, chairs were on the half of the tables two hours before closing, rough and fork were needed, soda tasted flat. this place is gone.
