This location is not fully operational for walk-in customers, as they prioritize online orders over those in the restaurant. As a result, you may end up waiting a long time in line, even when there are only a few customers present. Additionally, online orders can deplete menu items even if they are placed after you've arrived. The dining area was quite dirty, with no clean tables and trash on the floor. Chairs were piled on half of the tables two hours before closing, and I noticed the absence of straws and forks. The soda also tasted flat. Overall, this place has really declined.

However, the customer service is on par with McDonald's—mediocre at best. If you visit in the evening, be prepared to wait about an hour for your order, so it's best to have something else to keep you busy during that time. Honestly, it might be easier not to place an order at all. If the service matched the quality of the food, I would definitely consider ordering from them.

While the food tastes good, the prices are simply unreasonable and far too high. Additionally, the dining area is in quite poor condition. It would be wonderful to see your restaurant cleaned up and your prices reconsidered.

I prefer watching my food being prepared, and for some, ordering in person is much faster. I don't understand the rationale behind the online ordering policy when there are staff members around who aren't busy. I suppose I’ll need to look for another place to spend my money.
