Kapsalon is always tasty and correctly made, but the delivery never goes as it should. Half an hour early or half an hour late. My parents, who are on their way home, order at 7 pm and it is delivered at 6.30 pm, by then the food is of course cold. Service: Delivery Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
