It was dry and like a... read more We’ve ordered a well-done Filet Pur but I’ve got almost rare. We’ve sent back with the waiter and we’ve got back the same one, re-roasted. It was dry and like a gum. In a restaurant the steak can not be reroasted, it should be a new one. Due to this, the quality of the steak was on low level. The other one was cold when it arrived to the table.
