Order was to be picked up at 9:30 am. I arrived on time, but my order wasn’t ready. At 9:50 am, I asked an employee about my order. She went to the back and told me they were “putting it in the pan.” She brought my order out at 10:00 am. I inquired about the delay in my order and told her it was supposed to be ready at 9:30 AM. She informed me she Didn’t have anything to do with it as she Is it responsible for the kitchen. I asked if she was a manager and she said yes. Cracker Barrel has definitely regressed in customer service as well as food quality. This is the second Time I’ve experienced an issue with delayed order and lack of concern from the staff. I will not be patronizing Cracker Barrel any longer.
