I arrived around 5:45 PM when the nearby streets were quite busy. However, I navigated through the drive-thru efficiently. I had no issues scanning my Wendy's app. The food I ordered was hot and accurate. Overall, I had a pretty good experience at this location. View all feedback.
What Phil doesn't like about Wendy's:
There were three staff members working, and they were busy attending to customers. The customers at the counter were acknowledged but had to wait quite a while to place their orders. The food was just okay—not what you typically expect from Wendy's. Overall rating for the food: 3/5. View all feedback.
The parking lights are off at night, making it difficult to see the restaurant and the drive-thru menu, which is also unlit. As a result, the visibility is poor when trying to find the location. Additionally, none of the parking lights are functioning, further complicating the experience for customers using the drive-thru.
There was a reeking smell in that area. It permeated the air upon entry into the parking lot. I came real close to not eating here.Food: 3/5
Bro!! You guys are sleeping on Wendy's! Wendy's has one the freshest burgers out there! I can honestly say its up there with IN N OUT. That's saying a lot. I recommend Dave's Double with large fries. Give em a try, and let me know what you think?Food: 5/5
No flavor or seasoning. Stale fries. Over cooked meat. Got 2 meals that cost 26$ bucks, and it's trash food.
My husband goes to get breakfast, he arrives at the drive through window gives his order of 2 combos and a side of French toast. They send him to pay at window 2. He sits there waiting for a long time and finally Gabriela opens the window and it became clear she never took his order in the first place. She takes the order again on the spot and didn 't take it right. She charged him for 3 combos. She knew she made a mistake and didn 't want to give my husband the receipt. My husband checked his online bank account and knew they had charged him for an extra combo at a total of 22. Gabriela gave him a made up or wrong receipt and covered it with ketchup. As if he wasn 't going to notice the wrong total. When my husband told her the receipt he got was wrong. All Gabriela said was you want anothrer combo? No! We dont want another combo. He goes inside for a refund and Gabriela, the manager, didn 't even try to approach him to give him a refund. She didn 't even acknowledge him to find a solution. The kid who does the food in the back, Luis, ended up explaining they couldn 't give a refund and found a solution. Gabriela froze when a problem came up. And the line cook solved the issue. Promote the kid, and either fire or demote Gabriela. Also, what place can 't give a refund? There are other weird things that happened. But this review is already long enough. Was going to give 1 star thanks to Gabriela, but Luis earned an extra star for attempting to solve the problem.
