Earlier, I ordered a chai at a nearby Dunkin' and the same thing occurred. I'm paying over $6 for a drink I don't even like, while regular coffee is only about $3. I usually love this Dunkin' and have never had a bad experience before, but it's so frustrating. I had someone else pick it up for me, so I couldn't return to get a new drink.

The service is similar; I believe the staff could make a bit more effort to be friendly to customers. Some employees come across as a little rude or indifferent, if you know what I mean.

The manager has left her staff unsupported for three to three and a half hours, choosing not to come in and instead sending another manager from Webster to take over her store. Additionally, she has a tendency to exaggerate when it comes to hiring new staff. If you decide to apply, it's best not to mention your availability on Sunday or Monday mornings, as the store manager rarely allows shift changes—her excuse being, "I’m not there." Furthermore, she has a habit of showing up uninvited to employee gatherings. She also works with her daughter, which results in her daughter often receiving special treatment. Although the food may be good, it's worth reconsidering a job here, as corporate is unlikely to step in due to the store being a franchise. Now you’re aware of the situation.
