An incredibly rude and hostile waitress completely ruined my experience, and I will never return to this place. I had to wait for someone to finish paying while she was sitting and eating. The poor girl who works with her was shouted at in front of customers, which seems to be a recurring issue. I felt embarrassed for both myself and the young employee who had to endure such behavior from this adult woman.

The food is quite good, but the staff can be quite rude.

They include diced zucchini, corn, and carrots in their fried rice, and you can taste the buttery goodness in every bite. The chicken is tender, with perfectly cut, delicate white meat, and when you add a touch of yum yum sauce and sriracha, it’s pure bliss on a plate. During the pandemic, we were particularly impressed by the staff's work ethic and dedication to serving us while others were hiding in fear, and we will always remember that commitment. Over the years, the staff has become increasingly friendly, and some of the newer team members are truly exceptional. We absolutely love this place. It deserves better reviews and more discerning customers who appreciate quality service and food instead of leaving one-star ratings.

Eating is amazing of what we 've tried, but the cashier was small and not helpful, trying to ask help what was included in one of the meal times and she was sarcastic all the time. it was quite clear that she didn't have to deal with us. ends on accidentally ordering too much, which doubles the price and when we asked what the price rises for them told us that are valid and not harassed to explain.

A hibachi plate that usually comes with fried rice at any other Japanese restaurant, is extra here. Veggies are mostly cabbage on the plate. Also had a $13 tip added to our ticket without notice. Options of gratitude below total. I have no problem giving tips where they are due.
