When we arrived at the restaurant, there was only one other person at a side counter picking up a to-... read more We decided to have KFC Spicy Chicken Sandwiches for lunch. When we arrived at the restaurant, there was only one other person at a side counter picking up a to-go order, despite there being five employees behind the counter. It took over five minutes for someone to acknowledge us and take our order, which was just a few feet away. When we finally started to order, the young woman serving us raised her voice and rudely asked, "Wait, is this for dine-in or takeout?" Naturally, we were dining in. Initially, I thought she might just be having a bad day. However, as we ate, it became evident that she was friendly with some customers she recognized while being dismissive to others. Unfortunately, the spicy chicken sandwiches were disappointing this time; they had been great during our last visit. To add to the experience, some friends of the girl who took our order came in, and she actually left the store to go grab something from Dunkin' Donuts, as they share the same parking lot.
