Overall, I would rate this place a 1 out of 5. If you can't hire quality staff, you should consider closing down.

The drive through worker informed that they could not make grilled chicken... read more The Oneonta Jack's location has continued to decline in quality since it's inception. The drive through worker informed that they could not make grilled chicken wraps. However, they had no problem making them a week ago. They obviously offer grilled chicken in other menu options, and still offer the fried chicken wrap. It is my belief that they did not want to make it out of pure laziness because the grilled wraps take a couple of extra minutes. Mere moments later my coworker was gladly served a grilled chicken salad with extra grilled chicken. The employees at the Oneonta location lack any sense of customer service or drive to provide a satisfactory experience.
