Burger King - Oneonta

You can never win with this restaurant; they are consistently disappointing. Whether it’s empty or busy, they just can’t seem to get anything right. I’ve been coming here my entire life, so you can take my word for it. If you enjoy Burger King, you’re better off going to the one in Locust Fork because they know how to do it right.

I'm not really picky or hard to please. Not really. So when I go through a running gear, I usually command the same thing: cheeseburger. no onions and no ketchup. extra pickle. large diet coke. usually they'll repeat it back to me. if it is correct, I confirm the order. if I don't repeat it politely. in this burger king I did as described. I have received my command and moved away. my wife and I moved into a shaded area and separated our food and begin to eat. I immediately tasted the double tweeted and felt a cold sqirt of ketchup shooting from my burger, between my fingering and on my hemd. what I didn't taste was a cheese or a burger or even a band of pickles. I didn't take it back because I didn't waste any food and usually don't complain, but geeez

Service was great in the drive thru, but if I try to order it was very hard to hear it, eating is good, but no serviettes with my order

Great place to eat or drive thru! have 2 icy aromen koks and cherry limonade!

Terrible service, asked for a diet cherry Dr.Pepper, and had regular, and my daughter in law had a hair in her burger, she couldn't even eat it! Thats nasty, yall need to do better, we didn't have time to come back and get another, because my son had to go to work! Very upset!
