Description
**Jack's: A Mixed Yet Promising Experience**
At Jack’s, consistent quality meets variable service, creating a unique dining atmosphere that continues to draw loyal customers. Regulars appreciate the well-loved breakfast options and the commitment from dedicated staff, particularly highlighted by Trisha’s exceptional service. However, the experience can be marred by long wait times, especially during busy hours, and occasional lapses in food quality, such as lukewarm meals or less-than-perfect fries. While some customers express hopes for improvement, the overall sentiment remains fondness for Jack’s reliable menu and the hardworking team that keeps the restaurant vibrant.

Don't take the star rating too seriously. I'm not looking for a refund or compensation. I visited the drive-thru, which was backed up because of the lunch rush. The burger was fine, and I appreciated that they honored my request to leave out the pickles. However, my drink was mostly ice, and the fries could have used more seasoning. I'm not requesting a remake; I just hope for some improvements. I really enjoy Jack's fries when they're well-seasoned, and I'd like to have more drink than ice.
The staff was quite chatty and seemed to be socializing a lot, which slowed down the service. My drive-thru experience took much longer than I anticipated this time. I ordered a hamburger, pie, and a medium drink, and I ended up waiting over five minutes at the window after paying for my order. It seems like there might be some new team members working there.
On November 12, 2022, I encountered a long drive-thru line extending onto the street, so I decided to go inside instead. I waited in line for about 35 minutes—no exaggeration. While waiting, I placed my order online and was able to get served ahead of those still in line. The customers ahead of me hadn’t even placed their orders by the time I finished. The man at the register, who had a noticeably large head, seemed a bit out of it—almost as if he was on something like Xanax.
We waited in line for 21 minutes, which was understandable since it was between breakfast and lunch. However, our food arrived cold, and the fries were greasy and undercooked.
