I have to say that this evening's trip through was spectacular.!! Wait time was very brief.? The staff really went above and beyond the call of duty to protect their customers using gloves, masks, and as much contactless transactions as possible. My chips were a little stale and my stuffed burritos was somewhat dry but the service was frickin awesome. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Taco Bell:
the food I received was cold several times. I have ordered over the app and it has excluded money after they have already been closed. I went through and the service was hard. I understand we all have bad days, but this TB site is the worst thing I was. 1/10 for me. View all feedback.
Went by drive thru on Saturday, ordered a Burrito Supreme, water, and asked for some fire sauce. Now, I am not sure if the employees are either lazy or just do not know what a Burrito Supreme is made with. We get a bean Burrito and no fire sauce, theonly thing correct was the water. This location is horrible for correct orders making the food right. Oh and when you attemptto make a complaint on the Taco Bell website, after entering in all the info sumbit, an error message pops up stating thewebsite is not found. Good job Taco Bell, this explains why your employees are not trained correctly either.
Something about living in small towns and privately owned franchises....the prices are always higher than usual. The people are okay. The speed is decent. But they don't fall in with the specials from the apps.
Friendly and friendly staff. but somehow they seem to screw my order 50% of the time
Good food. I think they had a lack of ice. tee needed more ice. more and 9 was asked. for two tees.
Great dining experience. One particular employee Christa was very skilled, professional, and customer oriented.
