We stopped at Holt County Grill for dinner, because of the good reviews that I had read. They were true! We ordered the Chicken Fried Steak it was bigenough to split. It was Delicious! We had a Fabulous waitress Brenda N she was a connoisseur on their beer selections. Shehelped us pick out some pretty tasty beers. This is a Great family restaurant, and Brenda just made our visit brighter!

Chicken was overcooked and dry. Some breading was almost black. Potatoes and gravy were good and veggies verygood.

If you get the opportunity, you've got to try this restaurant. The waitstaff should be equally praised with a dining room full ofguests, she did not leave us waiting at all. I am often hard pressed to find that kind of service in big city Omaha.
