Byrne Dairy And Deli - Oneida

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I walked into the Byrne Dairy store in Oneida and am immediately accosted at the counter by a very rude manager. She had demanded that I leave my purse outside of the store NOT behind the counter outside of the ESTABLISHMENT next to a bunch of kids. Not only was I told to leave my personal belongings outside, out of site, and next to teenagers, but it was HEAVILY implied that I myself were trying to attempt theft by bringing my purse inside. I have never, in my 10+ years of customer experience, had such rudeness and such disrespect from from an employee, let alone a MANAGER. I have never met someone so determined to refuse cash from a person who has been using the store for YEARS and has probably spent thousands of dollars there. The level of inconsideration for my personal belongings and the degree of my embarrassment is so severe I felt compelled to write this for any other ladies (or men! who want to shop here and do not have a vehicle to safekeep their purses. !!!!DON'T GO TO ONEIDA BYRNE DAIRY IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE CALLED A THIEF!!!!

Since the new remodel i no longer go in there. Punk kids everywhere hanging outside and inside for hours at a time and harrassing customers that are walking in and out. People going through the trash cans feels like im in skid row, intoxicated idiots, beggers you name it. Now that there are tables in there the kids hang out and dont leave. The staff there dont tell them to leave after congregating there. In my opinion the place attracts all the lowlifes on lenox ave and the north side. 9 year old kids on there bikes at byrne dairy at 2 or 3 in the morning with no parents around. These kids cause trouble constantly at byrne dairy. Be prepared to wait in line for 15 minutes while the 10 food stamp recipients in front of you buy tons of junk food.

Me and my family love byrne dairy they are friendly. We love there food and its always clean when we go in there. Sabrina helped me tremendously today. Me and my family will be going back for sure.

Incredibly rude staff. I guess an employee walked out on the break and another employee was apparently so upset that he had to stay a few extra minutes before he got a break (not unusual considering there was a 6-7 person line anyways) he started swearing at his coworkers, when he rang up my beer he didn 't even look at my ID before scanning it and honestly was one of the worst experiences I 've ever had buying anything anywhere. The supervisor was trying to help fix a register issue. Honestly I 'd say 90% of the staff needs a serious re training, if I acted that way at my job I 'd be told to find the door. I 'm writing this review knowing that it is just a gas station and don 't expect 5 star service but the cashier who helped us has honestly never given me anything but attitude the several times I 've been in.

I cannot Thank Byrne Dairy and it`s employees enough for being open 24/7. They put up with some scary looking clientele but continue to think of people`s needs and stay open and strong. I am a retiree and thank U for being there for my to get my CIGS the minute my Social Security check finally hits my acct regardless of this early am hour. Again, a BIG THANK YOU for serving us.
