Pans Company Ondara

Been here about an hour. Toast was burnt, service was slow. Didn’t see any smiles whilst here- with any customers but did have the pleasure of dodging a cockroach.

Ondara shopping centre is located of the A332 road between Denia and Pedreguer, it has a host of caffees and restaurants, and over Christmas we visited Pans and Co, it was mid morning abaout 10.30, We ordered our food, tea and coffee, as well as a cake, the caffee was not full but the coffee bar had a lot of young girls around it chatting to the waitress, after ordering our food we went to our table with an automated alarm which signals when your food is ready, After about 10 min the alarm sounded and we collected our food, we were told the tea and coffee would come form the coffee bar, we waited patiently for our coffee etc but it never arrived, eventually we spoke with the waiter who took our order, we noted to him that the waitress was just stood talking and that she hadn’t actually done anything at all for over 20 min, he went and spoke to her again we waited, after another10 min my wife went back to the waiter, he then went to get our drinks some 30 min after our arrival ! However he then decided to stand and chat to the girls at the counter also. We went up to the bar at which point he realised how frustrated we were and proceeded to give us our drinks. It took 45 minutes in a fast food restaurant to get our service, so if your going to pans whilst shopping check out the other food outlets around it as you may find their service much faster. Just a quick coffee stop but service was friendly, coffee and tea were both hot and donuts were delicious and soft. Can’t complain about the place.
