Before I arrived, they were handling a catering order, which usually requires a 24-hour notice, but the staff managed to complete it in just a few hours. Despite the extra workload, they continued to serve regular customers without any issues. I was quite disappointed, though, when the lady who placed the $160 catering order didn't tip! Nevertheless, the employees still assisted her with a smile at her car. Well done, Subway!
