Was Heidi Graham at Casey's a mag?
Stopped to use the restroom, get coffee, and candy. They have Twix salted caramel new candy! First time here. Clean store, super friendly employees. They helped my husband get creamer for his coffee and were super helpful! Really busy when we were there, Thursday, Feb 3rd at 4:15pm. I took several pictures View all feedback.

Put in an order for 2 large pizzas the bogo special and was told it would be about half an hour. Went to pick up half hour later and they said oh man I forgot to put the order in I'm sorry I can do it quick if you'd like. NO!! I ordered it and already drove in because I thought it would be done like I was told on the phone I'm not going to sit here and wait for another half hour when three of them were just sitting in the back visiting and one was outside smoking!! There is no reason that this should have happened, talk about poor guest service WOW!! I can honestly say I'll never go back to Casey's again if this is how they treat their customers!!!

Manager Jackie is truly one of a kind! Her top priority is ensuring that customers are satisfied. If they aren’t happy, she isn’t either. Her team also does an excellent job of keeping the place clean and maintaining a positive atmosphere. You won’t regret visiting Casey’s. You’ll walk in feeling good and leave even happier!

Called to order a pizza there phone didn't work so go directly to Casey's. Tell me I have to phone in my order I tell em there line is busy signal. The guy making the pizza says yea the phones don't work and the cashier said go call a 1 800 I'm righthere your phone don't work and you won't let me order in the store I'm done won't be back
