The guy making the pizza says yea the phones don't work and the cashier said go call a 1 800 I'm righthere your phone don't work and you won't let me order in the store I'm done won't be back

Went to pick up half hour later and they said oh man I forgot to put the order in I'm sorry I can do it quick if you'd like. NO!! I ordered it andalready drove in because I thought it would be done like I was told on the phone I'm not going to sit here and wait for anotherhalf hour when three of them were just sitting in the back visiting and one was outside smoking!! There is no reason that thisshould have happened, talk about poor guest service WOW!! I can honestly say I'll never go back to Casey's again if this is howthey treat their customers!!!
