This restaurant has become one of my favorites! While the newer location on the north side is more convenient for me, I’ve noticed it has declined since its opening. This place can get quite busy, but it's not the staff's fault—so let's all take it easy.
We entered the restaurant but quickly decided to leave. The place was dirty, with trash scattered all over the floor. We tried to ignore it, but the smell was overwhelming. We didn't get a chance to experience the service or the food since we walked out right away. The drive-thru had a long line of cars, which makes me think many people opt for that without realizing what the inside is like.
Before going to a business I like to look at their ratings. It helps me decide if I am going there or to the other place that has the better rating. After reading the reviews I still went here and glad I did. The staff was super pleasant and service was fantastic!!! I also had a great conversation with Henry, another Starbucks customer from Chicago, who was waiting for his order. It was such an enjoyable visit! Thank you!
All the employees are amazing. When I walk they know my order right away! they always greet me with a smile! Annika, Jenna, Makaya, Dana, Madison, Alli, and all the other ones that work!
