So one person didn't get theirs with everyone else and the one that had to go had cold food when they got home. And attached is the picture of our boneless wing order which was basically chunks ofbreading with sauce. Incredibly disappointed.

Great vibe, great wings, great beer, great service and conversation from the bartender (Ray, I believe, a UW-L junior from Green Bay). Not too busy, cool, and low-key. What else do ya want? Iread about ten of the negative reviews and my daughter and I tried it anyways because the Bucks game was on last night and wewere both craving wings. All I can say is the food was great ????, the waitress was amazing, the atmosphere, while not toobusy, was pleasant and welcoming. I don't know...we loved it. I've been to the one in Madison, the one in Monona, and the one inVerona countless times, and this restaurant was every bit as delightful as any of those...only less crowded. Bummer! (sarcasm.)and We started out with two appetizers. The first was a queso sauce which we added the three add-ons to...guacamole, wildsauce, and something else I can't remember. Yum. And the other app was the onion rings, served with a side of onion ???? ringsauce. You can tell sauce is their specialty here, because the queso sauce and onion rings sauce were primo delicioso. Bree gotthe boneless wings with medium sauce, and I got 15 wings with the Buffalo sauce. They tasted awesome. Just the right amount ofcrunch and juiciness, the tang of the sauce was palpable, and I easily ate em all... even if it was pushing me a bit past mylimit. The Bucks beat OKC in overtime with Giannis, Jrue, and Khris on the bench...and of course the Thunder is a young team,but hey...what a historic opening for our Milwaukee team. And we got wings, man...we got Wings!!!

Get home to find that there was no chicken in my salad, andgot only 4 wings. And they weren't even busy.

So we had 2 groups meeting up (2 sets of 2) and they did not prioritize getting our food out somewhat together. It wasn't that busy but yet still took 30 minutes in-between orders to be served. Also ordered 2 separate orders of wings (15 plane and 15 insauce) and they came on the same plate with over half the plate drenched in sauce. Lastly my brother ordered a plain chickensandwich with only hot sauce, and received mayo as well, then it took 25 minutes to remake the same sandwich with one lesstopping even (the mayo) now I've worked food service at various restaurants and or fast food. I find this unacceptably slowservice. Like I get it we are younger (ages 21 through 26) but we expect the same respect and timeliness as anyone of any age.

Otherwise this was not a pleasant dining experience. Apparently the bartender was also our server, which would have been fine except theyseemed less than thrilled to be taking our order. Okay, maybe having a bad day, I can accept that. From the time we placed ourorder it was over eleven minutes to get our chips and queso with chili. Okay, maybe the kitchen was a bit busy, I can acceptthat... except that it came out with no chili and a third of the chips were so small they couldn't be dipped to eat. Once wefinally got chili our food was out. I ordered ten traditional wings with the buffalo dry rub, only there was very little dry rubon the wings and there were only nine wings. There were some other minor issue, although I don't feel they were anything worthmentioning in this review. Given my previous experiences with this Buffalo Wild Wings and now this experience, I will never eathere again.my sincerest apologies to all of the locally owned restaurants, I will be by soon
