The staff was very unprofessional when we got there. There was only 1 employee that actually acknowledged us and asked to help us. The rest that were up at the front counter had their backs turned and carried on with their personal conversation obnoxiously. My kids love the ice cream but the staff need to step up their professionalism. View all feedback.

Great service!! I usually go to the window and I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the fact that you have a gluten free and dairy free option in the DF Dilly Bar. It is a treat that I will have as often as my waistline will allow!
I made a reservation for a ten inch cake and gave horrible instructions on the colors of the NumberBlocks for my son’s 2 year cake. I mentioned the show and if they wanted to check it out that would be great. They nailed this thing out of the park! Kudos to the “arteest”
Dairy Queen hands out free ice cream cones once a year to hit off the start of summer. Choose from the ice cream flavors vanilla, chocolate or twist. Very tasty!!!
