What Ronald Fester doesn't like about Ciatti's Italian Grill:
Love ciattis but tried to grab lunch, last time we were in town. Seated immediately. Then 15 minutes goes by and nothing….no waitress, no drink order, nothing! So we left. There were only two other tables occupied at the time. We did see a waitress check in those two tables but never made it to us. We were in a booth, in plain view of the other two occupied tables. We wished we had found this at the beginning of our trip. It was a wonderful end to our vacation.

Seafood Cannelloni had a big glob of bread crumbs in it. When I asked if it was supposed to be in there, I was told it was imitation crab meat. It was about a quarter cup of soggy bread crumbs! Poor mix of the filling. It happens, remake the dish or offer to take it off. Nope. Just handed me the bill. I was later asked if I wanted a free dessert. No thanks. I won't go back.
Came up to visit some friends First Free Church Onalaska one of the guys recommended me coming here. Flew in Thursday afternoon, ate here Thursday night...lol 1st class experience. Food, service, ambiance....got a laugh cause I got the look ....i might have a slight Texas accent ?? great place I 'll drop by every time I come up. Owners you have a great staff...
Our favorite restaurant in Onalaska. The Italian nachos are fantastic!
