We have visited this restaurant several times and have enjoyed the burgers and fries, especially the poutine. We heard good things about the fish and chips from someone in line, so we decided to give it a try today. Unfortunately, we were disappointed. The fish was not crispy, and the inside was mushy. Once know as the "Swamp" garage to locals, it was converted to a fish N chip/hamburger stop. Quaint with character with both sit in and out venue it is okay for all seasons. Biggest problem is it's intermittent hours of operation. I have gone there many times only to find it closed ...very maddening.
Variety is the name of the game here. Plain is not on their chip truck fare . Lots of great combos on your fires , hamburgers and hotdogs.
If you're looking for delicious, look no further. This little pit-stop has the best food that a chip truck has to offer. Don't miss it, you'll regret not eating here.
Great place to stop in for French Fries and Pizza- large variety of French Fries - and best ones are the "Swamp Fries" a must try
Great fish and chips and they added great pizza as well. You won't beat the portions they give you and the price is reasonable.
