However the service is not so great. Super slow. Today we went for lunch and we?re told that they have a catering order and would not be able to wait on us for at least 20 minutes. If that was the case then they should of just closed instead of turning customers away.

Service may... read more I was introduced to this fan favorite in February and I was taken with it. Have tried a few of their sandwiches and two soups and have enjoyed them. Service may be a bit slow, but they do bring it out to you and as their sign says be kind to those , who have shown up The staff is friendly and they explain the menu, if you have any questions.Call ahead , if you don't want the wait, I have.

I s... read more I really like the soup and food but they’ve been “under staffed” for 6 months and you can’t seem to get in and out of there in less than an hour these days. I seem to go there on my lunch breaks so always wind up across the street at Picklemans. Please pay more so you can get staff

Once we arrived we were told that our food wasn't ready yet and the clerk proceeded to help other three customers in the store. We then proceeded to sit around for over twenty minutes before a grub hub driver ran in andwas rifling through the to go orders and a worker came over and was helping him and we heard our name. We were so confusedbecause they said our food wasn't ready then proceeded to give us the cold food and apologize. I appreciate the apology which iswhy I'm not doing one star, but, I'm more so shocked that the four workers running around for over twenty minutes while we werethe only people waiting that we didn't get our food sooner, or at least get food that prepared hot and fresh.
