You can’t go wrong ordering anything on the menu, or if you’re feeling adventurous, let the chef decide!

The restaurant is the perfect size to keep it cozy, and there is no bar vibe. Its all about the food. The whole atmosphere was just perfect, our waitress had an answer to any question and offered suggestions on rolls etc. Rolls were around $13-$14, but oh so worth every penny. Will be back to try new things next time.

Although I’ve always been a dedicated fan of Blue Sushi Sake Grill, I had heard wonderful things about Yoshitomo from friends and colleagues. During a recent trip to Benson, I spotted the Yoshitomo sign and decided it was time to give it a try. I was seated at the bar, which offered me a front-row view of the sushi chefs at work. Their meticulous attention to detail with each roll was impressive and made the experience more than worthwhile. I began with the Aburi Wagyu, which was absolutely delicious and highly recommended. For my main course, I enjoyed the Simba, Rangoon, and Kobayashi Maru rolls, all of which were fantastic and featured sauce and flavor combinations I had never encountered before. Overall, my dining experience at Yoshitomo was exceptional, and I can’t wait to return. The high-quality sushi at Yoshitomo exceeded all my expectations and was a delightful treat. Hats off to the team at Yoshitomo for providing such excellent food!

We made a reservation and were seated at the counter, allowing us to watch the chefs skillfully prepare all the mouthwatering dishes. The talented culinary team puts tremendous effort into both the creation and presentation of each plate. There is a wide range of sushi options available to choose from. We highly recommend trying the 'bites,' as they feature delightful flavor combinations. Everything we ordered was truly delicious.
