I've always had a great experience at this restaurant; my orders are always correct. While the food might take a little longer to arrive, I don’t mind the wait because it’s consistently fresh and hot. I just wish there were a few more onion rings in the frings.
I think Runza is the best fast food restaurant out there. The locations are consistently clean, the service is quick and friendly, and the food is outstanding.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to unsatisfactory service. I was billed for my order, but my food never showed up. I believe the general manager is not fit for their role, and the staff member at the drive-thru was unhelpful. They should both think about resigning.
