Something I love about Runza is no matter what time of day, it?s always served fresh. That and their crinkle fries (lol).

Asked for extra ranch with two four piece chicken fingers just to get home and for there to be no ranch. Drive all the way back and then end up having to wait in the drive through for a good 20 min. By the time I got home my food was cold.Not worth the $23.00.

When my food was handed to me in the drive thru window I brilliantly dropped it. Completely my fault. The very nice man working stopped me when I went toopen my door to grab it and said no they would get me a new meal. He was so nice, kept smiling and talking with me and neveronce showed any sign of irritation or anything. Thanks Runza for making sure I got a fresh Swiss cheese mushroom Runza!! Youguys are awesome!?

I wasn't sure what to expect, but it's a delicious handheld sandwich filled with ground beef, onions, seasonings, and cabbage.
