We tried several of the 'house ' cocktails on the menu and we were blown away by them all. (And between me and my friend, we tried several of the drinks) also liked their hummus and spinach dip apps to munch on. The atmosphere and the ambience of the place was awesome too! Can 't wait to come back!! Also shout-out to the bartender Jackie for being awesome and making our drinks with perfection. Worth every penny!

The selection of Scotch is impressive, and their mixed drinks are delicious, complemented by a solid beer menu. I tried the house Old Fashioned for $5. It was decent, although not the best I've ever had. I might opt for a different one next time just to compare, but I would still consider ordering this one again. The food options are quite limited since it's a bar and not a full restaurant. The music was lively and gave off a vintage Speak Easy vibe. The bartenders were dressed in suit vests, enhancing the bar's 1920s atmosphere. They were polite and attentive, and even the owner came over to chat with us, which was a nice personal touch. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I would definitely return.

If you’r... read more Proof is the perfect spot for a crafted cocktail. They have a great selection of bourbon and scotch with extremely talented mixologists behind the bar. If you’re looking for a boozy, well crafted cocktail this is the place to be. It is fun to watch the mixologists climb the latter and create intricate cocktails. The mixologists are all great here! Jeremy is quite the character! No matter who helps you, it is always such great service. They have large round booths so you can bring a bigger group or take a date and enjoy a cozy evening. From the outside it is so unassuming but once you’re inside the atmosphere is so cool, classy and energetic. The inside is so beautiful and cozy the music is so on point and makes everything come together. They also have a great patio for the warmer nights! I highly recommend checking out Proof if you haven’t already!

You wouldn't expect it from the exterior, but it's very elegant inside. It feels like you've stepped back in time. The ambiance is nearly perfect, with Edison bulbs, candles, and big band music playing softly in the background, not to mention the fantastic drinks! The bartender, Jeremy, was also really fun and engaging! I will definitely be coming back to this place regularly. The drinks are a bit pricey, but completely worth it. The only downside is that a classy venue like this shouldn't have televisions, in my opinion—maybe just one at most. Other than that, this place is fantastic!

Excellent whiskey collection at reasonable prices. Kick the bottle, take it home.
