Patrons at this Panera location have encountered a blend of highs and lows. While many appreciate the food's flavor, such as the creamy broccoli cheddar soup and savory four-cheese soufflé, complaints regarding portion sizes and service have surfaced frequently. Guests have reported small servings for the price, with salads often scantily filled. Additionally, long wait times and cleanliness concerns marred the experience. Despite these issues, some commend the helpfulness of staff in challenging situations. Overall, while the menu holds promise, consistency and quality in service and portion sizes need significant improvement to enhance the dining experience.
I always ordered the Madagascar vanilla latte and it was always good but today i got the worst one ever. My drink came with no taste of coffee or vanilla flavor, i took the first sip and i thought i was wrong but after the 3rd sip, i felt like i wasdrinking hot plain milk. I brought my drink back to the store and asked if i could have my drink remade, the lady was very niceand friendly, after a couple minutes waiting i got it done but then i figured out it was the same cup (because my lipstick stainis still on the lid), they never remade the drink for me, they just warmed it up and added some milk foam on it. It still tastesbland just like milk. Apparently this is my last time at Panera Bread!
This Panera location was very busy but still had a good variety of bagels left. They even refreshed all the coffees in the lobby really quickly. The food was really tasty especially the 4 cheese souffle. It was right at 11 so the switch over from breakfastto lunch and everything was still prepared quickly.
Every time I go to this Panera, my order is incorrect. I ordered a breakfast sandwich with scrambled eggs and bacon, but they gave me one with over-easy eggs. On my next visit, the eggs were scrambled, but they used sausage instead. I’ve also had items missing from my delivery orders, even though I paid higher prices for the menu items. Each sandwich comes with either chips or a baguette, so I’m puzzled as to how they could seal a bag with only the sandwich inside. The receipt clearly states "chips" on the front. I've placed five small orders in a row, and none of them have been right.
The drink station was in a shocking state of cleanliness, and not a single table had been cleaned. By the time our food arrived, the soup was cold, raising serious worries about the overall quality. To make matters worse, we spotted dead insects on the wooden window sills, which only added to the unpleasantness. I've had my fair share of dining experiences and rarely voice my complaints, as I understand that things can occasionally go awry. However, the condition of this establishment was simply unacceptable, especially since the staff appeared more focused on chatting with friends in the parking lot rather than attending to customers. We witnessed other patrons leaving the drive-thru looking visibly upset as well. Overall, this was the worst dining experience I have had in a long time.
The portion sizes were unfortunately lacking. I spent $20 on a salad, soup, and smoothie, expecting it to be on the higher end of the price range. However, the Caesar salad was merely a half-filled container of lettuce with just three croutons. The soup was tasty, but also quite small. I found myself waiting in the drive-thru for over 30 minutes, even though I was only the third car in line, and to make matters worse, I was plagued by bugs from the plants outside while I waited. The service at the ordering speaker was excellent, but the experience at the pickup window left a lot to be desired.
