I am a common customer of panera at 147 and west maple. I have recently put a job in the load, my wife wanted the suppe with the Baguette bread, who said person in register they were from Baguette bread and wanted chips or a apple. What User doesn't like about Panera Bread:
we were a bit disappointed because we ordered bagles 24 hours before the time, and when we wanted to pick them up, we said they were out of bagles. too bad, so sad. Typically, we are satisfied with the service and the products we buy there. food: 4/5 View all feedback.
Usually it's always good. the Broccoli-Cochdar soup was very watered. floors were dirty and needed vacuum. the sandwich was right and the frozen carmel was not made right.
They are stealing from the portion. All their sandwiches are half portion. I am supposed to get full sandwich for breakfast but they cut my bread and gave me the portion for pick two items without soup or salad yet still charged me for full sandwich and when I spoke with the manager she said that's how they do it. The place is always nasty as food always all over the floor and the sandwich makers don't change their gloves as their policy says they are not supposed to touch two customers food with same gloves.
Everytime I go through drivethrough at this panera something is missing or wrong. I live 30 min away, cant just turn around n go get missing item. Today it was a baguette n my salad was suppose to be whole bur looks like half

Not quality food. Not a lot of healthy options. Person that waited on us in drive through didn't seem to know menu or have suggestions when asking for help with healthy options. Wouldn't return
