The broccoli cheddar is phenomenal. I usually get the you pick two with the Fuji apple chicken salad or the steak and white cheddar sandwich and soup. I don?t think I?ve ever had bad food from them
I’m a regular at the Panera on 147th and West Maple. Recently, when I placed a to-go order, my wife wanted soup with a baguette. The cashier told me they were out of baguettes and offered chips or an apple instead. I noticed two baguettes in the display case, but she explained those were for sale at $3.79 each, meaning I’d have to buy a whole one. I mentioned this to the young woman checking my order, who was not only very friendly but also kindly checked to see if they had any baguettes available. I believe her name was Paradise. Thanks to her, we were able to get a baguette for my wife’s soup. She truly made my wife’s day; it’s the little things that count! Paradise represents excellent service, and I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge how much she improved our experience. – Jeff
Usually, everything at Panera Bread is excellent, but tonight the broccoli cheddar soup was rather watery. The floors were dirty and definitely needed vacuuming. While the sandwich was perfect, the frozen caramel drink wasn’t prepared correctly. Overall, some items on the menu need improvement.
At Panera Bread, I was disappointed by the cleanliness, as there was food scattered across the floor. Additionally, I saw that the sandwich makers didn’t change their gloves between customers, which violates their own food handling policy. Overall, my experience was unsatisfactory despite the variety on the menu.
This is a lovely, new, modern restaurant situated near 144th and Maple Street, right in front of Fresh Thyme and next to Verizon Wireless. We enjoy visiting Panera for quick lunches or dinners. However, if you're dining in for dinner, be aware that some items in the pastry section may not be available. During our first visit, we used the kiosk to place our order, but it didn’t print a receipt. Fortunately, the manager was very helpful in resolving the issue. I highly recommend checking out this place. Overall, the food is consistently delicious!
