Was User at Panera Bread a mag?
I then spoke to a young lady who double-checked my order, and she was very pleasant. Her name was Paradies. She took the initiative to make sure we got a baguette for my wife's soup, which made her day! It's the little things like this that matter. Paradies truly embodies great customer service. I just wanted to highlight how fantastic she made our experience! Thanks, Jeff. View all feedback.

What User dislikes about Panera Bread:
We were a bit disappointed because we ordered bagels 24 hours in advance, but when we went to pick them up, we were told they were out of bagels. Such a shame! Usually, we are very satisfied with the service and the products at this restaurant. Food rating: 4/5. View all feedback.

This is a really nice, new, modern restaurant near 144th and Maple street. It is located in front of Fresh Thyme and next to Verizon Wireless. We like Panera! Sometimes we come for a quick lunch or dinner. If you come for dinner, they don?t always have what you want for the pastry section. The first time we visit, we used the kiosk and it didn?t print out a receipt. The manager was very nice to help solve the issue. Highly recommend visiting this place. Lastly, food is good as usual!

This is a really nice location. Consistently well made food. Clean tables kept up stations. Love the exotic lemonade flavors that you can refill at the fountain!

On my next visit, things felt very similar. When I picked up my food, I noticed at least five employees standing around at the pickup window, while customers were lined up waiting for help. The scene was chaotic, with orders piling up and no one attending to the customers. I get that there may be a shortage of staff, but it's still a restaurant, and patrons deserve to be served properly. The staff really needs to keep things organized and maintain a welcoming environment for diners.

The broccoli cheddar is phenomenal. I usually get the you pick two with the Fuji apple chicken salad or the steak and white cheddar sandwich and soup. I don?t think I?ve ever had bad food from them

I’m a regular at the Panera on 147th and West Maple. Recently, when I placed a to-go order, my wife wanted soup with a baguette. The cashier told me they were out of baguettes and offered chips or an apple instead. I noticed two baguettes in the display case, but she explained those were for sale at $3.79 each, meaning I’d have to buy a whole one. I mentioned this to the young woman checking my order, who was not only very friendly but also kindly checked to see if they had any baguettes available. I believe her name was Paradise. Thanks to her, we were able to get a baguette for my wife’s soup. She truly made my wife’s day; it’s the little things that count! Paradise represents excellent service, and I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge how much she improved our experience. – Jeff
