The newly remodeled Panera received mixed reviews from customers. Some were disappointed with the portion size and lack of olives in their Mediterranean Bowl, while others complained about slow service and dirty tables in the restaurant. It?s 4:15pm on Sunday and not busy. Lots of employees standing around looking at a magazine while 50% of the tables are dirty and food trays stacked up with dirty dishes. Coffee was old and lukewarm at best. The orange scone was delicious.

The experience was average. After visiting this place several times, I recommend checking the quality of the mac and cheese. it is usually a bit dry in comparison to the location at 148. and w maple and the from 130. and w center.

No delivery or crank page pickup offer. Paid online and reliant on shelf in the store. After sitting on the bench for 20 minutes after the order, I was finally able to track someone to ask if even difficult to find an employee, as they seem to hide a lot. As it turned out, my order was sitting there for 15 minutes, but was not put on the shelf where I was instructed to pick up. Terrible location, terrible communication, terrible service and, above all, very terriblely managed. I lost my money market. Thank you for taking my money back for a terrible experience and dinner. Make it available to different locations so that I could stay as far away from this location as possible!

No delivery or curbside pickup options available. I paid online and was told to pick up my order from a shelf inside the store. After waiting on a bench in front of the shelf for 20 minutes past the pickup time, I finally found someone to ask—though employees were hard to locate as they seemed to avoid being seen. It turned out my order had been ready for 15 minutes but wasn’t placed on the shelf where I was told to find it. The location, communication, and service were all terrible, and overall management was very poor. To top it off, I ended up with cold food when I got home. Thanks for taking my money and giving me a disappointing dinner. I wish there were other locations nearby so I could avoid this one completely!

The location was bustling during Friday lunch, but the food was prepared quickly and tasted excellent!
